A BIT ABOUT ME

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the women towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. That confidence is going to shine in no time!

"Brittney Murphy, to know her is to lover her, her spunky personality, she is as real as they come! Tells you how it is, doesnt take "no" for an answer. She doesn't care about your bull**** excuses! Either you want it or you don't and she will let you know if you're not putting in the work, she can't help you because it has to come from you bustin your tooshie. I've been working with Brit for a year now and she has definitely changed my whole life around. Like she came into my life and was like "we got work to do" and the rest is history. She has been the best personal trainer. The workouts she has you do will have you dead in approximately 25 minutes max, lol! Always a great workout. She has taught me how to track my macros and love food, which was on of my hardest points to ever reach. She helped me gain weight and add muscle. If I ever say i can't do it, she makes sure I get it done! Basically if you are looking for someone to help you reach your goals - you should really get on her schedule. It will be the best thing you ever do and you will have a forever friend. Brittney is the best in town."

I had been seeing Britt's face on my Instagram and for some reason I was drawn to seek her out for personal training. i have not been disappointed! She is super encouraging, pushes me to put the work in, not just in the gym but at home with food and she doesn't allow me to give up on myself. "A little over a year ago I was feeling unhealthy and stuck in a rut. I knew I wanted to change my eating and exercise habits, but I wasn’t sure where to start and I lacked motivation. My daughter was attending
physical therapy appointments at the gym and after meeting the friendly staff and seeing the classes that were offered, I decided to join. The first day I walked into Brittney’s class, I was SO nervous! I was
sure that everyone would be staring and laughing at me for lifting light weights or not doing the exercises correctly. Brittney was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. She was patient with my questions and assured me that we all have to start somewhere, even if it’s only with a 5 lb. weight. I continued to go to Brittney’s classes and I began attending her boot camps. I even joined her nutrition challenge groups. Throughout this journey I have seen noticeable changes in myself. I am stronger and more confident. I can lift heavier weight now and I have become more aware of the effects nutrition has on my mental and physical health. I’ve learned how to manage my nutrition and prepare healthy and
balanced meals and I’ve learned that being healthy means so much more than just a number on the scale. Brittney has become more than just a teacher and a coach, she is also my friend. I’m so thankful for the friendships and support I’ve gained on this health journey and I’m so happy I took that first step and joined Brittney’s classes!"
